2 parking spots in the driveway. Do not block the street. We have a blind school and many neighbors walking in front of the home. Do not block their access and force them to walk in the street. You will receive a ticket. Park in front of the home. There is usually plenty of parking directly in front of the home. There are no parking restrictions on the street. Do not park on the lawn.

Same day of checkout. If the home is left in the same condition it was found.

When we are finished cleaning and the home is ready we will send you the Nest code. No later than 4pm. Sometimes earlier. Please do not arrive at the home until you receive the Nest Code. No early check ins without prior ok from host. 

I am available day or night to answer any questions or to provide help with any issues that may arise. You are my guests and you will be treated as such... I am always here to help you.

If there is something you need in the kitchen other than the basics and If you don't see it on arrival then let me know & I will provide within a few hours.

We are VERY centrally located. You can get to basically anywhere from here within 20 minutes or so.

5 bedrooms. 2 guests per room. Extra guests can sleep on 2 airbeds, any of the very comfortable reclining couches or a futon sofa.

Child friendly environment. Please do not allow kids to be unsupervised when using games in arcade room. These are not toys and must be handled with care. 

All pets must be under 30 pounds, must be kept off of all furniture, cleaned up after & crated if left alone in property. Will need to submit a photo before booking.

No parties. Ever. You will be asked to leave. Immediately. There will be zero refunds given. If there are any fees or fines the cost will be passed on to the responsible booking party. The deposit will be forfeited. 

We are a 420 Friendly Stay. You may smoke Marijuana inside the home. With the exception of the bedrooms. Do not smoke in the bedrooms. Use ashtrays & do not leave any burns or debris from smoking. Thanks. Cigarettes only allowed outside in back. No smoking of any kind out in front of the house. 

We are wheelchair friendly. We have a step free entrance thru the driveway gate. Wheelchair ramp that you can enter thru the french doors in back. Wide doorways. Wheel in shower with grab bars around toilet and a shower chair on request. Sink and hand dryer are accessible height. This bathroom was designed with serving wheelchair using guests and 98% of the home is totally wheelchair friendly. We have hosted many guests with wheelchairs & have had 100% positive regarding our homes ease of accessibility.

We have Roku Smart Tv's in every bedroom, in the kitchen and in the living room. All with Amazon Prime Video & many paid movie channels. Bluetooth Smart Table for speakers & wireless phone charging.. Game Room with 5 Arcade 1up Games & Pop-A-Shot Basketball Game. All bedrooms & living room have built in phone charging plugs. We also have Smart Lights in the game room that can be controlled with an app. 

Around the corner is one of the best views in Los Angeles. An iconic view of Downtown LA skyline.
